Summary: Staff at front desk was friendly. Room was clean, newer hotel. I would have given it an excellent however, dishes were left unclean in the dishwasher. Awkward/uncomfortable couch to sit and watch TV. This hotel is Very Noisy, windows are paper thin you hear traffic all day and night, as well as the floors above, you can hear people walking. Take earplugs.

Summary: The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. The first occasion was after I checked in into my room, I realized immediately before it got too late that the ice maker was making too much noise and I am a light sleeper. I went downstairs and spoke with the receptionist. She tried to explain to me what to do, but when she realized that I was not following her directions to fix the issue, she accompanied me to my room, adjusted the dial and the noise was gone. The second occasion, was on my checking out, I had the suitcase, a couple of bags, shirts, suit, jacket, to carry. I went down looking for the luggage cart but could not find one. When I told the reception clerk about it, he ran around, went checked every floor looking for it. It took him some time, but located it and brought it to me.

Summary: The room was very clean, safe and comfortable. I liked the layout a lot and it had everything you could need. It had a washer and dryer, stove, fridge/freezer dishwasher and fully stocked dishes like plates, cups, pots pand and soaps. Literally everything. I only stayed one night but it felt so nice i wish i could live there. I will come back for every phoenix stay now.

Summary: Beautiful newer facility, with comfortable mattress. They did not have a 2 bedroom with a shower for my elderly mom so they gave us two rooms with showers. Our stay was wonderful.
